Auriga Logic enables a leading Swiss Apparel Manufacturer to simplify their business processes

Our client is a leading Swiss apparel manufacturer operating in the men’s apparel sector since the past 50 years. They are one of the best-known names in the European market and have revolutionized the men’s wear segment by offering the service of ‘made to measure garments’

Their business process is undertaken globally wherein the orders are received in Switzerland and sent to the Far East for production. The finished goods are then received in Switzerland and shipped to a large number of resellers/agents (customers) and direct consumers in and around Europe.

In the past they relied heavily on various manual systems which was not a very efficient way to share and track information, specially while they operate at a global level.
Auriga Logic identified the need and proposed a system called ‘Spirit’ that would serve as a mini ERP to manage the workflow of orders from sales to production to delivery.
Spirit enables the client and its customers to place and mange orders from anywhere in the world. It is a browser-based software to manage customers, partners, inventory, orders, etc. Through this software the orders are stored in a central system and it is possible to track the order status at all times. It also provides facility for the partners/agents have their logo, etc on the delivery and billing and othe documents thereby maintaining their branding information. In addition Spirit empowers the management to make business strategies/decisions by providing them with various MIS reports.

Spirit supports multiple languages like English, German, French and Italian. Even the delivery and billing documents use the language of the target partners/agents. Spirit is implemented using the J2EE technology and hence can be easily customized to interact with existing partners/agents system.

By automating a highly complex process, ‘Spirit’ has enabled our client to dramatically reduce costs and time for managing and fulfilling orders.
