Rajesh holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and a Diploma In Sales & Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (Deemed University), Mumbai, India. He also has a Masters Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute, Pune.

An innate desire to build something of their own, passion to develop Software and provide solutions, brought Rajesh and Nikhil (co-founder) together to start their own Software Development Company.

Rajesh brings to Auriga Logic his strong Business instincts, Software & Business solutions selling experience of 6 years, understanding clients and their business needs. This deep understanding along with the capabilities of fellow Aurigans assists Auriga Logic in providing innovative solutions.

He is primarily responsible for Business development activities of Auriga Logic. He is expanding Auriga Logic's presence in different geographic markets through alliances, partners and setting up Sales & Support offices. He is actively involved in hiring the right talent for Auriga Logic to fulfill the vision of making Auriga Logic a global enterprise software solution provider.

He believes that a true entrepreneur is the one who works on the 4C model:
