Building a Web-Based CRM and SFA system for the nationwide call centre of a large multi-national insurance company. The job involves everything from requirements analysis, to delivery of s/w to support and managing and implementing ongoing, adaptive enhancements. In addition to this, you would also be responsible for recruiting, training and mentoring junior developers and team members.

• 4+ years of J2EE development
• 2+ years as a solutions Architect
• Hands on experience in analysis, design, development and maintenance (bug fixes, tech support, etc) of at least one large (one man year or above) system.

• Planning and estimation of mid-sized to large software projects
• Java core
• Servlets
• JSP and Taglibs
• Design of Distributed systems using technologies like RMI or SOAP
• Jakarta Struts
• Jakarta Ant
• Object/Entity Design
• JBoss OR IBM WebSphere OR BEA Weblogic
• HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Excellent command over English (verbal and written)

Pluses

• MS SQL
• Comfortable working in a Linux development environment
• EJB, Hibernate or other ORM tools
• Familiarity with development tools like CVS, XDoclet, JUnit, Cactus, and automated load testing tools like WinRunner, etc.
• Experience developing/implementing CRMs and/or Sales Force Automation Systems
• Knowledge of XMLHttpRequest
• Knowledge of Python would be a huge plus!
